Release Date for The Festival of Troubadours: Kivanc’s New Netflix Movie

Finally!!! Netflix is set to release Kivanc Tatlitug’s newest Netflix project! The release date for Asiklar Bayrami (The Festival of Troubadours) is September 2, 2022 airing worldwide. The movie features Kivanc Tatlitug in the role of a lawyer named Yusuf who meets his father after 25 years. The role of Yusuf’s father, Heves Ali, is played by Settar Tanrıöğen (Kuzgun, Ethos).

The movie is based on a novel of the same name. It is about fragile masculinities, internal conflicts and the reckonings of a touching father-son relationship. According to the Netflix description, an unexpected reunion between a traveling musician and his son opens old wounds as the two set out on a long journey to a troubadour festival.

    Just finished watching this movie and as always Kivanc did not disappoint me with his performance in this very emotional roles.
    But,I do have to say I loved, loved his appearance especially with the glasses.
